On the afternoon of January 5, 1984, Tanisha Watkins was last seen playing on a swing set in the front yard of her grandmother's mobile home in Austin, TX. Tanisha's mother turned her eyes away from Tanisha for only a few minutes as she reportedly swept a rug just inside the home, when she looked back at the yard, Tanisha was gone.
