Joan Mary Bieter got into an argument with her father on July 15, 1968. The following day, July 16, 1968, Joan reportedly told her brother that she was leaving and never coming back. After she left their home in St. Paul, MN, she has not been seen or heard from since.
Today, it has been more than 54 years since Joan left her home and never returned. Her case has been labeled a “cold case” by investigators, since there has not been any signs of Joan or her whereabouts since the day she left.
At the time of her disappearance in 1968, Joan was described as a 22 year old caucasian woman with brown hair. She was 5’6” tall and weighed approximately 120 lbs.
