Where is Helen Irene Tucker?

Helen Irene Tucker was last heard from when she called the police on January 20th, 1994. She was in downtown Tacoma, WA, and reported that she was the victim of a crime. Family members never heard from her again after that event and reported her missing. Unfortunately, there is very limited information available about Helen as a person or her case.
