Earl was last seen leaving his home in the 1600 block of Abbottston Street in Baltimore, MD on March 3, 1991. He was last seen wearing a red jacket, two-toned red sweatpants, and white sneakers. He has not been seen or heard from since.
Today, Earl has remained missing for more than 31 years. There have been no credible sightings or other leads that have led authorities any closer to his whereabouts since his disappearance, leading his case to be considered a "cold case". At the time of his disappearance in 1991, Earl was described as a 39 year old African-American man with brown hair and brown eyes. He was 6' tall and weighed approximately 170 lbs. Earl has a scar on his left cheek. He was last seen wearing a red jacket, two-toned red sweatpants, and white sneakers. Today, Earl would be 70 years old.
