Overview of Daniel Kriz

There is very little publicly available information regarding Daniel and his disappearance.

Daniel is from New York but had traveled to Daytona Beach, Florida for Bike Week 2020. Daniel did have a prior history of legal troubles. As a result, he often carried large amounts of cash. Daniel was only 51 years old when he vanished. It is believed that he was staying with a friend while in Florida.

On February 5, 2020, he went to Froggy Saloon, a local bar in Daytona Beach.

He was there from 3:30 pm - 9:30 pm. After leaving the bar, he went to the Circle K gas station down the street; it is believed he arrived on foot. He was seen on a surveillance camera buying a pack of cigarettes. That next morning, his car is seen pulling into Waterfront Park, but it remains unknown who was actually driving the truck. In March 2020, authorities found Daniel’s truck after local residents complained about a truck sitting idle for several weeks in Palm Coast Park, Florida. When authorities searched the truck, they found Daniel’s phone and wallet, but not Daniel. On March 15, 2020, Daniel’s brother reported him missing to Flagler County Sherriff’s department.

Where the case stands today.

Today, Daniel's case remains unsolved and authorities continue searching for him. Daniel Kriz was last seen wearing a dark-colored shirt, with what appears to be an angel-like figure with a sword pointed down, with eyeglasses hanging on his collar, dark-colored jeans, with his keys hanging out of his right pocket, white sneakers with dark accents, and dark shoe laces.
