The victim was found by someone walking down the railroad tracks at 800 North Palm Street in North Little Rock. The remains were partially covered with dirt. Investigators believe the man may have frequented the Baseline-Geyer Springs area of southwest Little Rock.

Clothing: White and blue plaid button-down, long-sleeve shirt (size 15 1/2 by 32 inches), white jockey shorts, heavy white cotton socks, white Roos tennis shoes, blue Plain Pockets denim jeans, gray rubberized or vinyl belt (32 1/2 inches), and a white T-shirt. Jewelry: Unknown Additional Personal Items: Two $1 bills were found in right front pocket.
