Overview of 1981 Broward County John Doe
The victim's skeletal remains found on side of roadway at the Homestead extension of Florida Turnpike. The body had been wrapped in a plastic bag and attached to an anchor. Investigators believed the skeleton had been buried elsewhere before dumped in the canal days before investigators found it.
