Bill walked out the front door of the home he shared with his mother and has not been seen or heard from since. He left behind his wallet, his watch, and a new suit he had just purchased for church. Multiple patrol and K9 searches have produced no leads. Police believe it is possible that he got into a car with someone and left the city.
