Timothy was last seen sometime between August 10-November 3, 1996 on his farm in Armstrong County, PA. In the days leading up to his disappearance, Timothy ended the relationship with his girlfriend and was involved in a car accident. According to The Doe Network, Timothy has made suicidal statements in the past, and has made comments regarding the difficulty authorities would have trying to find his body if he did take his own life.

At the time of his disappearance in 1996, Timothy was described as a 39 year old caucasian man with brown hair and brown eyes. He was 5’10” tall and weighed approximately 200 lbs. Timothy has multiple sclerosis and scarring to his left leg, which is around two inches shorter than his right leg due to a past motorcycle accident. He may have a beard.
