On the morning of November 13, 1984, Tammy was last seen walking to Lincoln Street School in Exeter, New Hampshire. At around 8:00 am, a neighbor witnessed her walk across Court Street, but she never made it to school. Tammy has not been seen since. Because Lincoln Street School did not confirm student absences until after her disappearance, she was not reported as a missing child to law enforcement until after the school day had ended.
