Steven grew up in Tiffin, Ohio and was described by family as being a drifter. The last known contact the family had with Steven was in 2004 or 2005 when he went to Ohio to visit his parents. Steven would always keep in contact with his parents but has not made any attempt to contact them since 2004 or 2005.
