Few details have been made available about Ronald’s disappearance in 2009.

Ronald Howard Wilkins was last seen around 6:00 pm on January 1, 2009 walking along railroad tracks behind Pine Street and Cedar Avenue in Seaford, DE. He was last seen by his cousin and a friend, who later reported him missing to authorities. He has not been seen or heard from since.

Today, more than 13 years have passed since Ronald was last seen. A family member confirmed to the National Missing and Unidentified Persons System (NamUs) in September of 2010 that Ronald remains missing and has not been seen or heard from since January of 2009. His case remains unsolved.

At the time of his disappearance in 2009, Ronald was described as a 57 year old caucasian man with gray hair and brown eyes. He was between 5’4”-5’5” tall and weighed approximately 145-150 lbs. Ronald has a pierced ear, a scar on his right hand, left palm, and his left arm at his wrist. He has five tattoos on both arms, including a cobra on his right forearm.
