Miller rented a 19 ft. boat from Seaforth Boat Rentals in order to go fishing in the Pacific Ocean. At 11 AM a passing boater reported a boat adrift with no one on board. At 2 PM another boat reported that he had found an abandoned Seaforth vessel adrift in the ocean.
