Rachel was last seen in the area of Elkcam Blvd and Providence Blvd in Deltona, FL. She had taken a car without permission from a party she was attending there. Other party goers caught up with her at above location and talked her into giving up the car. She was last seen standing at the side of the road as the others took the vehicle back to the party. She has not been seen or heard from since.
