Overview of Patricia Girou

Mrs. Girou's son came by his parent's residence to take them out for Father's day. No one was home, house was locked up. Inside the house was neat and clean. Mrs. Girou's money, wallet, purse, and car keys were in the bedroom. The Girou's vehicles were in the garage.

According the Girou's daughter, Mrs. Girou and her husband got dressed that morning to go to a funeral. Mrs. Girou wore a dress, hat, and purse. Mr. Girou wore a suit and tie and took a .38 cal. Smith and Wesson revolver, serial # D7803 and placed it in his waistband. They supposedly left in a green limousine.

Thorough searches were conducted in the neighborhood, backyard, and some property that the Girous had purchased for a retirement home. Mrs. Girou had just signed a contract to teach the following year. (Information retrieved from NamUs.gov)
