Patricia Ann Moore - "Patty" - was born on November 11, 1959. She was only 10 years old when she was murdered. There is limited information about Patricia as a person.

Patricia Ann Moore was last seen on the afternoon of July 15, 1970, when she left her home to meet with a playmate in Fairfax County, VA. Patricia was living in the 7000 block of Clifton Road and was wearing a orange and white stripped blouse and orange shorts an green shoes. Patricia never arrived at her friend's house. She was reported missing. On Jul 21, 1970, authorities paused the search effort. Police believe that Patricia was abducted.

Nearly 3 months later, on October 10, 1970, Patricia's remains were discovered on an isolated hillside in Prince William County, VA.
