Norman Louis Briscoe, aka "Errol" was only 19 years old at the time of his death. Not much information can be found about Norman's life, but we do know that he was born into a large family with 8 brothers and 6 sisters.

In the early morning hours of Monday, March 18, 2013, the NOPD responded to shots fired in the Algiers neighborhood. There, they found Norman wounded inside a home in the 800 block of Elmira Street. He was rushed to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Investigators are still looking for possible suspects and motives, and no arrests have been made. This case is still open.
