On March 15, 2003, the body of 20-year-old Megan McDonald was found in a field in Wallkill, a town in the Orange County city of Middletown. McDonald, a student at SUNY Orange County Community College and an employee at the Galleria Mall, was the victim of a brutal murder, dying from blunt force trauma. Her white Mercury Sable was discovered two days later in a parking lot at the Kensington Manor Complex. Despite the passage of time, no arrests have been made in connection with her tragic death.
