Manuel Duran was last seen by his co-worker on 12-3-18 as he left work to start his vacation, and had planned to return in January of 2019. Duran related to his co-worker that he was going to the Philippines to visit his girlfriend and juvenile daughter. It was learned that Duran had planned to arrive in the Philippines via kayak.
