Kevin Andrew Collins was last seen on the evening of February 10, 1984 sitting on a park bench at a bus stop in San Francisco, California. While waiting for the bus, which would take him home from basketball practice, witnesses report that a blonde man, described as being 6' tall and being in his 20s or 30s with a Great Dane by his side, talking to Kevin. Officials believe that Kevin may have been abducted by this individual along with another caucasian man. Although this has not been confirmed by officials, witnesses reported that the individuals who may have abducted Kevin were driving a royal blue four door 1967 Ford Galaxie.
