Jose Luis Estrada was last seen on 12/27/2006 at his foster home in the City of Porterville. Jose was at the foster home with his brother Jaime Estrada (MP 73903) who is also listed as a missing person. Over the years investigation has revealed that it is likely that both runaway juveniles likely fled to Durango, Mexico with their biological father Jose Soto Estrada.
