Overview of John Lucas

John LUCAS was last seen on 12-28-2001 leaving his Kaneohe residence in his vehicle. Later that same evening, LUCAS was involved in a Motor Vehicle Collision on the Pali Highway near Kamehameha Highway, but fled the area on foot prior to Police arrival.
