Janson Franklinda Secody was last seen by her boyfriend leaving their home in Aztec, NM on foot to go to work on January 11, 2011. When she failed to return home, he contacted local authorities to report her missing. Janson has not been seen or heard from since.
Janson has remained missing without a trace for nearly 12 years. The lack of media reporting and information available in her case has led it to be considered a cold case, due to a lack of new information for authorities to investigate. At the time of her disappearance in 2011, Janson was described as a 28 year old Indigenous woman with black hair and brown eyes. She was 5’6” tall and weighed approximately 230 lbs. Janson was last seen wearing a black jacket, red shirt, beige pants, brown snow boots, and a sky blue beanie. Today, she would be 40 years old.
