On October 22,2017, Jann Lactawen, walked away from his residence. Jann left behind his wallet containing identification, credit cards and cash. Jann did use his Clipper Card to take Bart to the Montgomery Street Station (this was verified by video obtained from Bart P.D.). Jann was somewhat familiar with San Francisco.
