Howard vanished in December of 1987.

Howard was last seen in Central Point, OR sometime in December of 1987. He sold his car, a 1984 Chrevrolet pickup truck shortly before his disappearance. He was reported missing shortly after and has not been seen or heard from since.

At the time of his disappearance in 1987, Howard was described as a 50 year old caucasian man with blonde hair and blue eyes. He was 6’1” tall and weighed approximately 215 lbs. Howard's hairline was receding and he had a mustache at the time of his disappearance. Today, he would be 84 years old.
