DeQuan Lee Carter was a 17 year old living in Milwaukee who was senselessly murdered in 2012.
On July 10, 2012, DeQuan was at a party at his Milwaukee, WI home, celebrating his father’s release from jail with other members of his family. Shortly after midnight on July 11, 2012, an unidentified suspect approached the group of family members who were outside of the home. At this point, the suspect begins shooting into the crowd of people, hitting and killing DeQuan and seriously injuring three of his cousins before fleeing the scene.

DaQuan’s senseless murder has gone unsolved for 10 years.
