Standish was not present on his live-aboard sailboat in Richardson Bay during welfare checks on 01/02/16 and 01/03/16 after his family reported they had not had contact with him since November 2015. A Zodiac dinghy that was said to be stored with the sailboat, possibly CA 5782UP or CA 2122VB, was missing and both CF numbers have been entered as lost.
