David Alex was reported missing on 11/09/2016 by co-workers from Office Max after he failed to show up to work. David moved to Maui on 11/01/2016 from Crystal Lake, Illinois. According to his mother, she had not heard from David since 11/05/2016.

David was last seen by officers of the Maui Police Department on 11/08/2016 after he was involved in a moped accident. David informed the officers at the scene that he was not injured. David was last seen wearing a long sleeve, blue colored t-shirt, grey surf shorts, black tennis shoes, and a green colored baseball cap. David was also operating a black and silver colored moped.

David is believed to be homeless and it is unknown where he may be staying.
