Cecelia was last seen on Roslyn Avenue in Akron, OH on July 1, 2004. According to her mother, Cecelia had been suffering with depression and needed to get into some form of treatment. Though Cecelia had a history of running away, she always returned home or contacted someone. Cecelia has not been seen or heard from since her disappearance.
Today, more than 18 years have passed since Cecelia mysteriously vanished from Akron, OH. Authorities have been unable to find any sign of Cecelia since 2004 and urge the public to come forward with any information they may have.
At the time of her disappearance in 2004, Cecelia was described as a 44 year old caucasian woman with long brown hair and blue eyes. She was 5’6” tall and weighed approximately 100 lbs. She has her ears pierced and was last seen wearing a black turtleneck and black slacks with yellow flowers on them.
