She was determined to be missing when she did not meet her friend at her house at 5PM that same day as previously arranged. On December 10, 1979, her vehicle, a red 1977 Toyota Hatchback, FL #9D23821 was located in the parking lot of the Pensacola Municipal Airport (now called Pensacola International Airport).
