On June 2, 2023, the owner of Duluth car lot was clearing his property and found the mostly skeletal remains of a black female between the ages of 25-35. The medical examiner estimated that she stood between 5'1" to 5'5".
The unidentified decedent had long box braids with decorative rings, several piercings including dermal piercings and facial piercings. A small amount of a tattoo was visible on the left side of her upper back, possibly some type of banner.
The only clothing that was found was a racer back style camisole. She was deceased anywhere from 3 and 6 months.
The cause and manner of death are pending, and this is an ongoing investigation.
