Victor was last seen at his beeper store on Smith Street in Perth Amboy at 1:30 pm in his girlfriends vehicle, described as a blue Acura 2 door NJ JHW65F. He was traveling to Central Communications 2595Woodbridge Ave Edison, NJ to drop off two pagers but never arrived. His home in North Bergen was found unlocked and in disarray. DLC 5/10/2000.
