21-year-old Tyrie Sanders last seen leaving his home on foot during the evening hours of January 20, 2016. Tyrie lived on County Rd. 2 in Hardaway, AL, approximately three miles outside of the Shorter police jurisdiction.

Multiple agencies quickly began searching the area for Tyrie, and several days later his Nike shoes were found about a half mile from his home.

Tyrie never picked up his last paycheck from the Macon County School Board and his cellphone has had no activity since his disappearance.
