The missing person, Troy Lee Daugherty, was reportedly working on a house in Burlington, Iowa during the morning hours of 7/13/2020. Troy owns the house, and he was preparing to put it on the market. Troy's father stopped by the residence at 4:30 pm to check on him. Troy's truck was parked outside the home, but he was not inside the house or on the premises. Troy's personal medical supplies were still inside the vehicle and his cell phone had been shut off. The Burlington Police responded and searched the area; however, Troy was not located. Troy's truck has remained parked at the residence for several days and there has been no activity on his back accounts. Troy has not been seen or heard from since 7/13/2020.
