Samuel Thomas Waters left his residence in the 400 Block of Northdale Road around 2200 hours on the night of Sunday January 4, 2015. Waters left with a friend to visit a local convenience store. Samuel Waters has not been seen or heard from since. Samuel was ecstatic about the upcoming life plans and was actively searching and interviewing for possible jobs. On the night of his disappearance Samuel's cell phone appeared to have been turned off as all attempted calls were going straight to voicemail. He has the name "Althea" tattooed on his body.
