Risha Lewis, a resident of the 400 block of Moorehouse Drive in New Castle, Delaware, has been missing since January 21, 2006, after she left to visit a friend in the 200 block of west Pulaski Highway in Elkton, Maryland. According to sources, Lewis called home around 1:30 a.m. to inform her family that she was on her way back, but she never returned.

Subsequently, Lewis' vehicle, a white four-door 1997 Ford Crown Victoria with the Delaware license plate number 304653, was discovered abandoned in Newark, Delaware, on October 17, 2006, approximately nine months after she was last seen. The police investigation into her disappearance remains ongoing.

The circumstances surrounding Lewis' disappearance remain unclear. However, she has not been in touch with her two children since she went missing. Although her cellular phone remains active, it has not been used. Delaware police are seeking information from the public to aid in their ongoing investigation.
