Overview of Ralph Rush
Witnesses saw a walker, cell phone, and wallet lying on the bank of Bull Shoals Lake. Found floating approximately 40 yards in the water were a pair of blue Croc brand shoes and a milk crate that were later identified as belonging to the victim. Two witnesses saw the victim in the water on a small boogie board approximately 100 yards from the bank. At that time he did not appear to be in any distress. That was the last visual of the person.
