On August 26, 1982, three year old Rachael Runyan was kidnapped while playing in a park with her two brothers behind her home in Sunset, UT. According to witnesses, an unidentified man reportedly lured Rachael across the park, promising her bubble gum flavored ice cream. Twenty-four days later, on the evening of September 19, 1982, Rachael's body was discovered in a mountain stream in Morgan County, UT. Her case is unsolved.
