On December 10, 1998 Margaret M. Tighe was reported as missing by members of her family. Circumstances of Ms. Tighe's disappearance strongly suggest that she has been a victim of foul play.
Ms. Tighe was reportedly last seen alive by her live-in-boyfriend, Michael D. Klingsieck, on or about November 24, 1998 at the intersection of US 24 and McCall Road, Manhattan, KS.
A $5,000 Governor's Reward has been established for information leading the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible.
