Ouachita Sheriff’s Investigators are currently searching for a missing Ouachita Parish resident. Kenneth Leroy Bouwell, age 46, was last seen approximately 2 weeks ago by family members. He is described as a white male, 6’-1” tall, 170 lbs. with grayish dark hair. He also has a tattoo “Expect No Mercy” on his abdomen. A description of clothing is not available. Bouwell does not have a permanent address but is known to frequent the Bawcomville area and the River Bend School area in West Monroe.
