27-year-old Jimmy "Brandon" Edwards (Center Point, AL) was found on May 8, 2009, in the driveway of a Jefferson County home with a gunshot wound to the back of his head.

According to a report by The News Courier, Jefferson County Deputy Coroner Chris Moore stated it appeared Brandon had been running from his assailant because one of his shoes was in the driveway of a home more than a block from where his body was found.

13 years later, no suspect(s) have been identified publicly and no arrests have been made.
