Israel Smith was reported missing by grandmother Joyce Sexton on 3/23/08. A search warrant was executed at the victim's residence, all appeared normal, with no indication of arranged departure. 3/14/09 dept did a welfare check at his apt. Vehicle there, lights on door open to apt, t.v. on, and Keys left on Coffee Table.
