Harry Eugene Plyler, a South Carolina resident, disappeared in February 2003. His son found him missing and his home in disarray, with items overturned and a shotgun blast in the living room wall. Plyler's insulin was laid out as if he had been interrupted while giving himself a shot. All of his personal belongings and vehicles were left behind and his case remains unsolved.
