Evelyn Piper telephoned her daughter on the morning of November 30, 1994 (approximately 9:00 A.M. Piper told her daughter that she was leaving for Jerusalem to get married. Piper's daughter believed her mother was joking because she was not dating anyone. Piper stated that she would return the following Sunday. Piper's daughter has not seen or heard from her since. Daughter does not know who her mother was planning to marry.
