Overview of Eugene Bartlebaugh

His wife reported him missing after he entered a car with a man to whom she owes $300. She was with her husband at his job, an auto repair shop on South Sixth Ave, when the man, who had a pistol in the waistband of his trousers, approached Bartlebaugh and asked if he could speak to him briefly. The two got into a car and Bartlebaugh disappeared. In a police interview, the man said he had not seen Bartlebaugh "for a few weeks." As authorities investigated further, they received a conflicting report that Bartlebaugh was picked up the day of his disappearance around Green Ridge Street and North Main Avenue after having car trouble. It is possible he surfaced later. (Information retrieved from NamUs.gov)
