Darius R. Bazile was only 22 years old when he lost his life.

It was already hot and humid around 8 am on Friday, 09/19/2014. Mrs. Womack-Murray arrived at work as she had done so many times before. She was the co-founder of the Love In Action Outreach pantry, which is located at 4607 Downman Rd. in New Orleans. Upon her arrival, she went to open the back parking gate as she had done so many times before; but this time would be different. Once she opened the gate, she noticed Darius lying face down. She saw his boots and his body position and knew he was dead.

Authorities do not have a motive or a suspect at this time. This case is still open.
