Christopher Gage Daniel and his half-sister, Chloie Leverette, disappeared on September 23, 2012, in Unionville, Tennessee. The children lived with their grandparents in the 700 block of Kingman Road. They were last seen around 6:30 p.m.

Later that night, their grandparents' house caught fire and burned to the ground, killing their grandparents. Despite an extensive search of the wreckage, the children and their remains were not found.

The cause of the fire is still unknown, but authorities believe it was accidental. Despite initially believing the children died in the fire, forensic examinations have not found any evidence of their death.

The circumstances of their disappearance remain unclear.
