Parks was last seen leaving her boyfriend's apartment on southeast Fern Avenue in Atlanta, Georgia on January 10, 1992 at approximately 11:00 PM. She was en route to a party at the time, but never arrived. Parks resided in the 1240 block of southeast Hill Street at the time of her disappearance.
