Bryan Carroll Campbell was released from a mental health facility in Colorado Springs in November 2019. He last contacted his mother via email on 11/20/2019 from the Penrose Library. There has been no contact from him since that time. His mother states he had nothing but the clothes on his back when he left the hospital. He may stay in local shelters or camp out. His last address was in Longmont.. He has a history of being non-compliant with his medications, and he has reported hearing voices in the past.
