Brandon was outside the Sultan Library on 05/24/2016 texting a friend asking for a ride. Law Enforcement last saw Brandon on this same date when he jumped into the water where the Sultan and Skykomish rivers meet. He jumped in to escape arrest, was actively swimming, but moving with the current downstream. Brandon had a warrant for his arrest and had used the river to avoid capture three times prior.
